Common issues with Crave TV activation

Why can’t I log in to Crave
If you are unable to log in to Crave, try the following:
- Keep sure you have provided the correct login credentials (email and password).
- Check if your subscription has expired.
- Then, Disable any VPN or proxy servers.
- Switch off any adblocker.
- Close the app or website and try again.
- Remove the cache and cookies from the device or browser and try to sign in again.

Crave activation code is not working

- In case you see a 5-digit code on Apple TV, activate it at crave.ca/appletv.

- Make sure you have given the correct code.
- Click on the Cancel button on your screen and try again.
- Choose the sign-in button on the screen and provide the correct login credentials.
- Then, uninstall and reinstall the Crave button and sign in to your account to get a new code.
