  • or poached). Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast the bread: While the egg cooks - toast your English muffin or bread until golden and crispy.
  • Assemble the sandwich: Layer the bottom half of the toasted bread with sliced avocado - a pinch of salt and pepper - and the cooked egg. Add a slice of cheese (if using) and a few spinach or arugula leaves for extra freshness.
  • Finish and serve: Top with the other half of the bread and - if desired - drizzle with a bit of hot sauce. Serve immediately!
